Exame de admissão para o exercício da Medicina

JUSTIFICATIVA 
Devido a grande demanda de médicos que se deu nesses últimos anos pela inclusão de varias instituições de ensino superior de medicina no pais, passamos a nos atentar na questão do profissional formado.
A medicina trata diretamente de vidas humanas, uma falha medica pode causar morte, invalidez ou sofrimento permanente do paciente. Neste âmbito, temos que observar o interesse da sociedade que é penalizada por maus profissionais que deixam as instituições pouco qualificadas. Na qual essas instituições dão esperança a estudantes seguirem uma profissão de suma importância a uma sociedade carente e assim o deixando mais responsável por existirem maus profissionais. Portanto, é necessário criar condições de fiscalizar melhor esses profissionais para que saiam da instituição onde se formou com grau de qualidade confiável para prestar seu serviço. Em defesa da integridade e zelo pela saúde, a fim de salvar e guardar o bem precioso que é a vida humana, surge a arguta idéia de realizar um exame de admissão, filtro entre a conclusão do curso médico e o efetivo início do exercício profissional, que pouparia a população dos riscos de encontrar profissionais despreparados.

WHO’s Traditional Medicine Strategy 2014-2023

EUROCAM, CAMbrella and WHO held a workshop in Stuttgart  during the International Congress for Integrative Health and Medicine (June 2016)

According to WHO, the  new Global Traditional Medicine Strategy 2014–2023 was "developed and launched in response to the World Health Assembly resolution on traditional medicine (WHA62.13). 
The strategy aims to support Member States in developing proactive policies and implementing action plans that will strengthen the role traditional medicine plays in keeping populations healthy.

Addressing the challenges, responding 

to the needs identified by 

Member  States and building on the 

work done under the WHO traditional 

medicine strategy: 2002–2005, the 

updated strategy for the period 2014–

2023 devotes more attention than its 

predecessor to prioritizing health 

services and systems, including 

traditional and complementary 

medicine products, practices and

practitioners.

WFAS 30th Anniversary 

Last year WFAS celebrated thirty years of existence.

In Beijing, the 9th WFAS General Assembly had participation of authorities such Prof. Zhang Qi, Coordinator of the WHO Unit for Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine, and more than 200 delegates. 
Prof. Liu Baoyan  was re-elected WFAS President.
WFAS has 215 member entities from 60 countries and regions, and has about half a million acupuncture professionals from around the world. 

The nest annual WFAS Academic Congresses will be held in Paris, Istanbul, Amsterdam and Singapore.
